Hill Mopeds & Scooters started the summer of 2008. We are located in Lisbon, Iowa
15 miles east of Cedar Rapids on Hwy. 30. With the high cost of gas there is a need for cheaper transportation. The rest of the world discovered scooters sometime ago and now the United States has become aware of their advantages. Come out to Lisbon and test drive one of our fun mopeds and scooters and find out what small town service is all about.
